The GijimaAst Public Sector is one of the verticals and its role and function is to provide the rest of the GijimaAst Group with:

• Valid information regarding this sector to enable growth.
• Thorough understanding of customer business and communicate it to the rest of the group.
• Manage both political and customer relationships.
• Cross selling in throughout GijimaAst by having a coordinated customer focus driven approach by the Public Sector Industry, supported by the other Business Units.

The GijimaAst Public Sector Unit engages in a three tier-covering model:

• The GijimaAst PSIU Executive/Executives should manage political relationships in cooperation of the assigned BDM. (Business Development Manager)
• The BDM having responsibility of the management and relationship at the executive level of the account as well as with the Information technology executive.
• The BDM plays a key role in coordinate the activities of the different GijimaAst Business units which should manage and build relationships with customers on specific projects and more at the technical levels. Based on the GijimaAst 6X6 engagement model.
